History
In 1988, the family garage was converted to a simple metal fabrication shop. Rob worked nights and weekends machining and welding for companies all over the Valley.
Within 10 years, CEM outgrew the garage and moved into its first commercial building in Scottsdale, Arizona. Evolving to the needs of the market, CEM provides services ranging from concept development to turnkey manufacturing.
In early 2006, CEM upgraded from 4,000 SF to 10,000 SF in the Deer Valley industrial area and now occupies 20,000 SF! Since 2012, CEM has maintained ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems certification.
As of 2022, there are 2 generations of family and some of the original team members serving more than 600 customers in the United States and Mexico. CEM’s diverse customer base and range of projects makes it an essential part of supply chains.
